My client based in City Deep is looking for an Admin Clerk General administrative dutiesFiling and organization of documentationScanning of documents, prioritizing documents for sign-offAssisting with invoicingAccurate data capturingStaff register and leave adminPreparing documents for payroll / ClockingsManning the office and phones in case of absence of Production ManagerLiaising with suppliers, service providers and internal staffReceive guests and accommodate accordinglyTyping of any required documentationAssist with all other general queries, admin duties and tasks when requiredMay be required to work on Saturdays, public holidays and after hours when necessaryCandidates must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and be accurate.
