Job Details Transactional Products & Services; This team is constantly working to extend our service capability and product range, consolidating our operations in established markets while expanding and extending in emerging markets. We divide our core capabilities into three product groups – Investor Services, Transactional Banking and International Trade Services.Job PurposeAccount management is a client-facing, post-sale capability. Account managers (who can be TBs) typically work with a dedicated group of clients to help achieve the client’s goals. Account managers are also tasked with growing these accounts through keeping quality of product execution high so clients want to renew/expand contracts/wallet.The mandate is to proactively manage and co-own the client experience, delivery and servicing across our African footprint for transactional products and services (Investor Services, Cash and Trade) to drive sustained client revenue growth.Key Responsibilities/AccountabilitiesStrategy and Financial- Deliver against approved strategy and budget with focus on product revenue drivers: Cash Revenues, Trade Revenues and Investor Services RevenuesDeliver sustained financial performance through:Executing against approved budgets for target clientsExecution of plans to deliver on agreed client revenue growth targetsFocus on sustainability factors (B/S growth, asset growth,
