Job DescriptionDay to day tasks: Working with retailers and distributors to ensure marketing efforts are met in each territory, as a brand we need to facilitate these individuals in terms off their marketing requirements; Keeping distributors and retailers up to date on all marketing efforts; Putting together concise and thorough briefs for the in-house creative team; Putting together project plans to ensure deliverables are met from start to finish; Traffic planning in house, to manage client expectations and deadlines, as well as to manage the in-house creative process; Setting up of internal reviews to ensure the best possible outcome of creative work; Proof checking work; Some knowledge in community management is plus, to run the companies social pages alongside the digital team; Putting together reach plans for each territory, to manage influencer seeding programs; Working with our PR agency to ensure the correct content angles are being communicated on a monthly basis; Conceptualising creative campaigns alongside the team; Bringing creative campaigns to life through planning and organising of shoots; Putting together pitch decks and proposals to share with potential partners; Putting together budgets and keeping track of marketing spend; Working with suppliers to get marketing collateral into production Facilitating sales and operations in terms of marketing support; Copywriting skills for facilitating creative execution, writing blogs and mailers.
