Job Description

Candidate Duties/ Responsibilities:General administrative work / other duties required by management.Provide feedback to management.Filing invoicesManage cash in transitAdhere to procedures informing the administration of floats and cash drops.Adhere to all returns and credit notes as per standard procedures.General filing of all related invoices.Capturing of invoices.

Responsibilities + Skills

Must have good communication skillsMust have the ability to reconcile accountsMust be able to work within a retail environmentMust have Pastel Evolution experience/Basic working experience in Pastel Evolution


Matric (Grade 12)Must be computer literateMust be fluent in Afrikaans (non-negotiable)Must have 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
