Duties will include:Preparation of the workshop timetables that includes allocating qualified lecturers to facilitate workshop, ensuring no clashes occur. All lecturer appointments are to be approved by the manager.Communicating with lecturers and students regarding any changes to the timetables and venues prior to the workshop commencing.Ensuring workshop refreshment station is set-up and kept tidy.Assisting students with any workshop related queries.Record keeping of all workshop attendance registers and lecturer feedback forms.Participate in the finance claims and administration, processing all expenses / invoices related to the Regional Learning Centre.Providing general administration support to the Manager.NOTE: Employment is subject to criminal record clearance, background screening and document / qualification verification.
Responsibilities + Skills
Grade 12Business Management or Business Administration Certificate (Essential)
Minimum 2 years in a Business Administration environment preferable in a training / education establishment.
