Job Description

A busy venue in the City seeks an Administration Manager to manage a portfolio of business & accommodationTo manage the day to day business of the group of companies. Efficiently lead a team of people in the maintenance and preparation of the venue and accommodation while monitoring all auditing processes. Manage the financial accounting and HR Management processes.FINANCIAL / ACCOUNTINGOversee the accounting functions including:Preparation of monthly management accountsDaily management reportsF&B stock controls and invoicing systemsOverseeing daily auditing processes and ensuring identification of errors and accurate follow through of solutionsOversee weekly dancer levy charges and daily credit managementAuthorising and loading for payment commissionsManagement of Admin petty cash float and approval of petty cash expensesBanking:Setting of budgets with the GM and AccountantManaging and follow up of all Bank charge back and credit card queries.

Responsibilities + Skills

Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the venueManagement of all contractors and supplier contracts ensuring service level agreements are adhered toManagement of all ITAdmin management of other CCs and companies that form part of the Group.

Education

Responsible for the maintenance and housekeeping of the accommodationUpdating of operating systems and procedures manual for all day time functions as required
