Job Description
Job PurposeTo provide an efficient and technically proficient administrative support function to the Senior Manager, Transactional Product Sales.To support the Senior Manager Transactional Product Sales by enabling operational effectiveness of the Transactional Product Sales team.Key Responsibilities/AccountabilitiesEnsures that all uncollected revenues identified are manually recovered to minimise revenue leakage.Where costs are to be recovered from staff for use of Bank assets ensures that this is done correctly and timeously.Monitors operational costs, and alerts the Senior Manager Transactional Product Sales where regional costs spiral or seem unwarranted.Verifies the Transactional Product Sales Specialist mapping for the team on a monthly basis and, in need, updates the Finance hierarchies.Ensures that all manual costs relating to installation and training payable by a customer is recovered.Assists with monitoring of expiring Cash Solutions contracts, passing the information through to the sales team to ensure that we retain the customer’s business.Monitors and collates various data reports including the Demographics report (to monitor exceptions including closed billing accounts and accounts with No Charge billing indicators) and Open/Closed reports to provide input into various reports required by Management, Product and the sales team
Responsibilities + Skills
Ensures that all staff have corporate wear and coordinates fittings where required.Ensures that all staff have name badges.Co-ordinates the leave schedule for the TPS Department in conjunction with the regionally based Manager: Transactional Product Sales to ensure optimal resource allocation
