Responsibilities + Skills
Manage costs / expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficienciesDeliver exceptional service that exceeds customers expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutionsResolve all customer queries efficiently, and within agreed timeline
Qualification : Minimum of a matric qualification ,a higher qualification will be beneficial (NQF 5 would be preferable) Experience : 2 - 3 years banking experience Systems experience : Hogan , Karabo back office , Online Banking
Grade 12.1 - 2 years relevant experience.
