Responsibilities + Skills
Manage costs / expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficienciesDeliver exceptional service that exceeds customers expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutionsCultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SMEs, project managers and senior staff members
Minimum 3 years experience in Home Loans processing inclusive of registration pipeline managementGood knowledge and understanding of the Home Loans product and processes, conveyancing procedures(inclusive of vendor packages) and documentationresponsibilities
