Job Description

To provide efficient front line academic enquiry service to prospective and curremt students; inparticular the UKZN application, admission and registration process’ requests for academicrecords, proof of registration, replacement degree certificates and information aboutgraduations. To attend to queries relating to examination time-tables. To assist the Head withadministration of examinations and development of examination regulations, guidelines andprocedures to ensure that deadlines are met and examinations are run efficientlyThe incumbent will report to the Head of the General Enquiries Office – Westville Campus

Education

Senior Certificate or Grade 12, Plus 1 year qualificattion

Experience

Two (2) years relevant administrative experience in a university or similar environmentExperience in ITS or a similar student management systemExperience and working knowledge in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook
