Responsibilities + Skills
Coaching teams - working with teams to identify areas for improvement and then assist them to try new thingsSkills development - teaching new skills relating to agile concepts
Leading change - running grass roots level initiatives to uplift people in the organization in generalMentoring coaches - taking ownership of your own development and the development of other coaches
Minimum Qualification - Degree or diploma in an IT-related fieldPreferred Qualification - Certified Scrum MasterExperience - 2 to 5+ years working in and with Agile teams
