Employer DescriptionA large corporate canteen located near Midrand in Gauteng - Serving over 600 meals per day.Job DescriptionCandidate must be Chinese and First Language must be Mandarin and must also be fluent in English. Well-experienced within Canteen Management/Corporate Food Service Management or related position. A full job description is available on request but will oversee all full management of the Corporate contract on behalf of an outsourced Corporate Catering Company, to include stock and cost controls, Client Relations, Management of the Mandarin Speaking Chefs (they speak no English), All administration and financial reporting and Maintaining Hygiene and health and safety standards.
