Job DescriptionSeating and greeting of customers. Handling customer complaints and resolving them as per company standards.Handling of staff issues and grievances. Training programmes and training of waiters. Daily pre shift meetings.Daily section lists waiters. Monitoring of food standards and drink standards taken out to guests. Bar stock takes and ordering as required. Bar issues and FOH Issues. Liaising with chef and planning daily Beverage and Food specials.Daily monitoring of keeping costs to a minimum (Waiters, Kitchen). Closing and opening procedures as per company standard.
