To design, test and implement automated solutions to solve key business pain points and leverage business opportunities to deliver business value for the customer.Key Responsibilities/AccountabilitiesTechnology & Architecture• Identify technical inconsistencies that need to be resolved by using Lean Six Sigma tools to ensure process improvement. Apply the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, and Control) methodology toolkit to ensure accurate analysis.• Perform root cause analysis (fish bone tool) and troubleshoot potential new processes, systems and products to ensure optimal products are delivered to the client. Conduct solution design sessions with the appropriate stakeholders to identify alternate solution design options with technical enablement.• Develop and present showcase demonstrations to clients to show the realisation of the business case objectives.• Define and document the functional and non-functional requirements of the solutions to be approved by the relevant stakeholders for implementation.• Formulate the technical design blueprint that aligns to the Business solution requirements for End-User Developed Applications (EUDA) solutions. For non-EUDA solutions, the Business Performance Analyst to collaborate with the Developer on the Technical Design.• Present the recommended business case and justify the use of specific technologies at the Design Review Forum in order to obtain approval for implementation.
Responsibilities + Skills
Gather and analyse raw data from the relevant stakeholders and components within their Business Line and compile data sheets to ensure accurate reporting. Identify key metrics and baseline performance scales to quantify the extent of the problem to be included in the business case.
