Job Purpose• To map out business processes that have been identified for conversion from manual to robotic process automation / automated intelligence / machine learning.• To drive the proof of concept for the conversion and act as main interface with feature teams in order to resolve customer pain points.Key Responsibilities/AccountabilitiesBusiness rules governance• Obtains sign off of business rules from various risk and compliance entities (e.g., Operational Risk, Group Compliance, Data Governance, etc.) in order to ensure that all robotics processes comply.• Maps out the processes in alignment with agreed business rules and compliance requirements.Measures:• Business Rules Document with relevant / mandated signatories (Heads; BCO; Ops Risk, etc.)• Process flows detailing feature deployment stepsData profiling• Sources the appropriate customer data that could be remediated via robotic process automation / automated intelligence / machine learning.• Ensures that the relevant data is available on the appropriate database for the feature team to conclude their development in line with business requirements.• Drives alignment of various data sets in order to ensure consistency between the SIT and Production environments.
