The main purpose of the job is to provide Operational Support and Maintenance services for TFG’s suite of Financial solutions. In particular, the functionality and integration of TFG’s SAP solution and all associated Finance and Business System applications.With 28 retail brands that trade in fashion, jewellery, accessories, sporting and outdoor apparel, cellular, home ware and furniture, TFG is one of the leading retail groups in Africa. Responsibilities + Skills
Root cause analysis, resolution of Incidents, Service Requests, ProblemsEnsure that Operational Support services align to Service Level and Service Availability KPIsIdentify and implement Continual Service Improvements (CSI)Make recommendation regarding the elimination of Technical Debt
A relevant tertiary qualification, ideally IT / Accounting relatedFinance systems experience, ideally within an Operational Support capacityHighly experienced (+5 years) in ABAP programming and SAP / ABAP runtime systemsKnowledge of other database and programming languages, in particular MS-SQLSystem integration experience (3-5 years)
