Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking an Assistant Lodge Manager for a small intimate lodge based in the Karoo. Within this role you will be working with a small dedicated team to serve a maximum of 10 guests at the safari lodge.ResponsibilitiesMeet and greet guests after activitiesRoom checks and oversee housekeepingLodge set up and maintain BOPMeal set up and service in dining area or bushCheck-in/out of guests, POS recordings, invoicing and bill settlementGuest enquiries & reservations including liaison with tour operators, agents and central reservationsCommunication of confirmed reservations with hospitality teamMenu planning and stock takesFood & Beverage orders, planning of shopping trips
Responsibilities + Skills
Meals not includedShift work, 8-9hrs per day4 weeks on 7 days off3 sets of uniform per seasonSalary DoE; min R10 000.00/month
