Leading the department in the absence of the Executive HousekeeperWorking with the Executive Housekeeper to handle all HR related issues in the departmentOverseeing ordering and the tracking of departmental spendingActing as the final review and sign off on work rosters ensuring work assignments are fair and reasonableConsistently completing on the job training with the departmentEnsure that the cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation of guest lodges, laundry, and public areas are maintained at all times according to company standardsRegularly conduction maintenance inspections of lodges and public areas; updating the maintenance log with issues foundLiaising with the maintenance department to ensure work is completed in a timely manner

Education
Experience
1-2 years previous Management experience within a 5* Lodge/HotelExcellent ability to pay attention to detail;Stress tolerance & able to work under pressure;
