Job Description

The School of Health Sciences wishes to appoint an Academic who will contribute actively toundergraduate and postgraduate teaching, learning, research and community engagement.Candidates will be required to do administration related to their teaching, research, clinical workand discipline portfolios.The School Lecturer level post is aimed at aspiring academics with no or limited experience inacademia but with potential and interest to pursue an academic career. Candidates forappointment at lecturer level will be expected to register for a doctoral degree.

Responsibilities + Skills

Education

All applicants must have a Bachelor of Audiology degree or equivalent.A Masters level qualification in the field of Audiology or equivalent.A PhD level qualification in the field of Audiology or equivalent for appointment at SeniorLecturer level

Experience

Minimum of 2 years clinical experience as an Audiologist.Valid drivers license.Teaching, Research and Administration as applicable in the University criteria guidelines andjob profile.
