To market and sell Nedbank products to meet the needs of customers and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Share best practices, provide updates and feedback with management information and identify areas of development and improvements by inspecting direct reports' work.

Build strong working relationships by sharing information through meetings, regular communication, providing honest feedback and providing value adding services.
Ensure transformational targets are met during the staff recruitment, retention and training process and using preferred suppliers.

Deliver world class service by encouraging a client-centric culture.
Address resource inefficiencies, promote multi-skilling and address capacity gaps by providing leadership insight and influence, succession planning and organising, coaching and upskilling team.
Manage operational costs by spending within budget.
Implement performance agreements, ensure a clear vision, agree on goals and objectives, provide regular feedback on performance, recognise and reward achievement and take appropriate corrective action where required.

Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior CertificateSuccessfully completed NQF Level 5 Higher qualification in a Business or Financial related fieldRelevant Bachelors Degree with a preference on communication skills would be advantageousTechnical / Professional Knowledge
Minimum Experience Level2-3 years' Business Service experience in the financial sector a must3 - 4 years' People Management experience (e.g. 2IC / Team Leader)2-3 years' Relationship management experience would be an advantage
