Brief Description:Our client based in Johannesburg North, is currently looking for a Billings Project Manager to join their dynamic team on a contracted basis Job Description:The Project Manager is responsible for the Billing for customers which entails managing the time, and scope constraints. The primary duties include maintaining a project plan that communicates tasks, milestone dates, status and resource allocation status.Key Responsibilities:Manage all key elements of the Billings projectOutstanding communication Skills required daily communication with client and teamAbility to deliver an excellent message to large groups and the ability to think quickly and make sound decisionsManage daily project within prescribed timelineReview project proposals or plans to determine time frame and staffing for each phase of project, procedures for accomplishing work, and allotment of available resources.Ensure appropriate tracking of time, information data for comprehensive invoicing.

Responsibilities + Skills

Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skillsAbility to plan and prepare written communicationsInterpersonal skills including telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer care

Education

Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Knowledge and experience in cross-functional project management methods and techniquesKnowledge of IT applications, processes, software, and equipment

Experience

Project Management qualification2-5 years of experience leading projects as a Project ManagerDetail-oriented, strong problem solving and analytical skills in evaluating situations.
