Permanent, Full-timeThe Financial Services Division within TFG has a vacancy available for an assertive and independent Business Analyst.Your key areas of responsibility will include:Support the business in developing Project Business Cases including a business benefits case and appropriate KPIs to assist with achieving the group ROI objectives.To identify and advise business on appropriate solutions based on current internal IT systems and capabilities.Stakeholder engagement via workshop facilitation, meetings and interviews to elicit and understand business requirements for change requests and major projects.Analyse requirements to identify system and business change impacts (people, process, technology).Assist with mentoring, coaching and support of junior team members within the FS BA team.Define the success criteria for solution testing and implementation.Drive the creation of test scenarios and facilitate planning and execution of project testing.Support the IT architecture and development teams as the subject matter expert on FS projects.Facilitates the design and implementation of new or enhanced business processes. Produce process documentation, use cases, wireframes and any other documentation required to clarify business understanding and communicate effectively with delivery teams.Support the creation of training material.Support sign off of relevant project deliverables and milestones.Assist project managers with project planning, risk mitigation and scope management.Support the test analyst with preparation of test planning, cases an scenariosManaging process change, leading process redesign workshops, modelling and simulating business processesImplement and drive business problems / requirements into business solutionsValidating and justifying business needs, conducting feasibility studies, producing high-level and detailed business requirements including business models and guiding business case development where relevant.Develop and maintain process maps and flows for key customer and process journeys and ensure they maintained and up to date

A recognised Business Analysis diplomaA minimum of 5 years experience as a business analystTo be a self-starter, able to show initiative and work with minimal guidance.Work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
