Yoco is scaling rapidly, to grow smartly we need to continuously build and automate processes, tools and systems to provide great customer experiences and eliminate growth inhibitors. This is both a maker and coordination role, you will be building processes using Salesforce, and other tools, along with creating business cases to prioritise development efforts based on ROI. This role focuses on the ambitious international expansion efforts that are currently underway at Yoco. This is an exciting space for a dynamic Business Analyst to join an experienced team and assist in growing Yoco's footprint in new markets. You will be required to analyse and understand the regulatory and business requirements of a territory. You will need to be able to introduce quick to deliver solutions based on your analysis and subsequently mature and automate these over time. We require a Business Analyst with a keen sense of delivery, self-accountability and ownership who is looking to grow their skills in Salesforce and make a mark in an exciting industry. The role focuses on the Regional Expansion side of the business, you will support the teams by developing a deep understanding of the operations of the business and leveraging your experience to introduce rapid performance levers, building out granular KPIs and monitoring deviations to quantify impactful initiatives.
