What will you do?
Provide support to Distribution Management and Consultants to assist them to enable their stakeholders in growing the fiduciary offering in their practices.
Provide continuous education, updated relevant information and training to stakeholders on both industry and Sanlam Fiduciary product related topics.
Ensure that stakeholders are exposed to relevant fiduciary resources (i.e.: Legal Advisor, Product Specialists, etc.) and customer engagement sessions (product provider sessions etc.) as they need it.
Drive fiduciary offering within the Distribution environment.
Display an in-depth technical knowledge of Sanlam Fiduciary as well as competitor products and be able to show differences and value for the client.
Support the sales process through all its phases by managing new business requirements with regard to fiduciary and financial planning.
Analyse business / production figures and flows of all stakeholders with a view to:
Planning and following a growth strategy and marketing plans/sales targets for each stakeholder.
Give stakeholders regular and consistent feedback on production figures/targets.
Facilitate effective capacity building activities and sound relationship building partnerships.

Responsibilities + Skills
Technical and practical understanding of wills and the legal implications pertaining thereto.Basic understanding of trust (mortis causa, guardian and inter vivos) administration processes and legal implications pertaining thereto.Sound market and economic understanding.
Grade 12Business / Commerce / Marketing Degree or Diploma will be an advantage.Valid drivers licence (code 08)
At least 2 years experience in an advice / sales /sales support capacity within a fiduciary services environment.Experience in face-to-face interaction with clients.Experience of Sanlams various distribution channels will be an advantage.
