Candidate Duties/ Responsibilities:Providing office support including customer and employee supportKeeping well-organised files and records of business activityKeeping computer databases up to dateInteracting with clients either on the phone or in personFollowing up on business communications, billing, and orderingCommunicating with materials suppliers and vendorsLearning about the company's mission and available products/servicesEducating clients about what products/services are available and how to purchase themBuilding relationships with clientsWriting and editing company correspondenceGiving feedback on office efficiency and suggesting possible improvementsIssuing Invoices and Credit Notes as required.Prepare monthly debtors and creditors reconciliation.Prepare monthly General Ledger and Trail Balance Reconciliations.Prepare monthly Payments and present it for authorisation and payment.Maintain the Accounting System,Prepare regular financial report as required.
