Responsibilities + Skills
Assessing, Analyzing, Optimising end-to end business processes that are signed off by the business by documenting business process requirements through research, interviews or facilitation sessions and assessing current business processes, procedures and business rules.Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements by providing business process content in order to get the operating procedures updated (Golden Rules) and updating standard Operating Procedures with requisite changes.
