Responsibilities + Skills
Loyalty or rewards programme experience.Able to advise on strategy and implementAble to manage admin staff member effectively MINIMUM ROLE OUTPUTS ResponsibilitiesContribute to and implement Rewards strategy within the Business Banking segments.Develop and plan future technical requirements which may be necessary to implement defined strategy.Manage stakeholders across FNB Business including eBucks business areas, segment teams, FNB staff who engage with rewards as well as technical areas within FNB.
Background in project management.Background working with Business Analytics.Experience working with technical delivery teams.3-6 years related experience.
2 4 years Credit and 3 5 years Relationship Management and Product Knowledge experience.
