Candidate Duties/ Responsibilities:General office adminGetting quotes from suppliersSource new and current products at cost effective pricesCost saving and cost cutting initiativesSource alternative suppliers for common products to gain price benefitStock forecastingCompile stock on hand reportsAnalyse sales and purchases to ensure correctness of stock on handPlacing orders with suppliers and following up on all orders placedAssist in stock takesProvide continuous feedback to the Purchasing officerCheck pricing, products ordered, quantities and correct barcodes used.Excellent ability to motivate others to deliver their tasks in a timeous manner
