Bachelors Degree in Business, HR or Industrial Sociology (covering Organizational Development or Industrial Psychology with Organisational Design and/or Change Management as subjects).
Facilitate the training support of impacted user groups and processes to ensure that the PowerCARD future state processes are catered for from a user and business perspectiveAlign the training support plan with the change strategy for successful and optimal user adoptionTeam health support of the PowerCARD team from a psychosocial perspectiveAssist with production issues related to users and change post migrationresponsibilities
