Brief Description:Our client based in Pretoria North, is currently seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join their dynamic team Job Description:Duties & Responsibilities:Strategic management of the company’s financial and accounting systemsEnsure the creation, production and distribution of the company’s financial and accounting reports to stakeholders in accordance with all statutory, legal and compliance requirementsEnsure that all financial controls required according to legislative and professional best practices are established, implemented and monitoredOversee the budgetary process within the company and its presentation to the relevant Committees and Board of DirectorsLiaise with relevant stakeholders in respect of corporate plans, budgets, financial forecasts, borrowing plans and annual financial reportsMonitor financial performance of the Company against budgets and targets to ensure that the budget funds the strategyIdentify, manage and monitor financial risks to which the company may become party to or be exposed through the pursuit of its objectivesManage and ensure compliance to the companies supply chain and procurement policies, procedures and requirementsEvaluate the financial viability of capital projectsManage payroll and Information Technology DepartmentsPeople management

Responsibilities + Skills


Post graduate qualification in Finance or AccountingProfessional qualification advantageous (CA or equivalent)


At least 5 years solid financial management experience in a manufacturing environmentExtensive experience in policy development and strategic planning processes
