Responsibilities + Skills
Request medical information (i.e.: doctors/labs etc), analyse and follow up for additional information if requiredPay invoices for medical information from petty cash/Pink Card at the bank
On receiving a claim, utilise the system to verify policy and client information. Respond to client telephonically and by email communicating required documentation/forms and processes needed.
Grade 12 or preferably business or commerce degree/diplomaExperience in financial distribution services, preferably re-assuranceAssessor certification (optional)
