Client Liaison Officer

Job Description

A small Occupational Health Services Company has a vacancy for a Client Liaison Officer to be primarily based at King Shaka Airport. This is a front-line customer service position as well as acting as a PA to the MD of the company. Applicants should have: • a driver’s license, own car and be prepared to travel• the ability to speak Zulu fluently • at least 3 years front-line customer service experience • excellent customer service skills• excellent planning and organising  successful at applicant will be required to interact with clients at King Shaka airport both in person and telephonically as well as visiting other clients in the area to monitor contracts and build customer relationships. In addition, this job requires the successful applicant to act as a PA for the MD ofabilitiesThe the company in managing his interactions with clients.
