Job Description
Candidate Duties/ Responsibilities:Provide practical and business-oriented legal advice and counselling on a range of legal issues.Employment issues, including hiring, performance management, and general employee relations.Assist in drafting company policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws.Assist in the investigation and responses to any government authority, regulator or agency audits, investigations, complaints or inquiries.Monitor, advise on and participate in, as necessary, internal investigations of complaints or grievances.Monitor substantive developments in applicable laws and incorporate that knowledge in providing prompt and actionable advice

Education
LLB DegreeAdmitted and Enrolled to practice as a Legal Practitioner
Experience
3-5 years Post Qualification Experience in employment law and/or having acted in the capacity of a corporate compliance officer
