Job Description
Education:Human Resources Management qualification or related.Qualification and registration as Rewards Practitioner (South African GRP through SARA or equivalent).Professional accreditation with board of personnel practice and / or rewards association.5 to 10 years HR experience specialising in remuneration and benefits.Intranet/Internet (e.g. Sharepoint) experience will be advantageous.Experience with Payspace and Dynamics 365 will be advantageous.Experience with job grading, reward and remuneration practices.Employee relations experience.Assist in ad-hoc human resources projects.Strong IT skills, super user on ExcelRelationship ManagementPayroll knowledge would be advantageousPrevious experience in setting up a shared service centre is highly advantageous
Responsibilities + Skills
Perform benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefits information to employees.Conduct annual local and international compensation survey and benchmarks on compensation, benefits and rewards.Maintain employee role descriptions, job grading and salary bands
Education
Accountable for effective administration and maintenance of the remuneration and rewards processes from job profiling, job grading, and salary benchmarks as well as short- and long-term incentives.
