Responsibilities + Skills
Prevent wastage, and on an ongoing basis identify process improvements in order to contain and reduce costsActively coach team through providing advice about subject matter, solutions, principles and processes and personal progression with the aim to improve performanceContinuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriatePromote the FNB BrandImplement data collection and assessment processes to assess the effectiveness of consumer education projects.
