Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesLog calls for standard and high risk complaints throughout each day, flagging early any critical issues that require an immediate response from the companyConduct Verbal and Telephonic communication with customers and consumers, calming and advising them on the consumer complaints journeyEnsure that management are made aware of any trending complaints so that the relevant internal stakeholders can be brought up to speed and a solution crafterAdvise consumers on specialized /specific questions e.g. baby feeding, use of pesticides etc..Be able to recommend alternate Brands or alternatives when a consumer is not satisfied with the product or brand they are currently engaging withMake careful recommendation on the recall of products when a trend is highlighted
