Job Description: This company, who has been around for over a century, is looking for an experienced Corporate Finance Specialist who will need to identify investment opportunities, create and use financial models of high quality, conduct feasibility studies for mergers and acquisitions, work closely with the key stakeholders and identify new opportunities for the business.

Responsibilities + Skills

Strong reporting and data analysis with good presentation skills.Being able to manage multiple projects, whilst executing them to the highest level.Good experience in accounting researching and internal controls.Strong financial and business insight.


CA(SA)CFA Charter Holder is advantageous.


8 years of experience.Good knowledge of business policies, legal compliance and local and international markets.
