Job Description

To deliver efficient service to both internal and external customers by providing product information,responding to customer requests and queries in a professional manner.Candidate Key Performance areas To act as the first point of contact for customers by providing high quality of service to internal andexternal customers Respond to incoming calls, emails and walk in customers in a professional manner To provide first line support to users Logging, tracking and resolving requests and incidents according to Standard Operating Procedures Ensure all queries are resolved within the agreed Service Level Agreement Provide customers with product and service information Maintain and build customer relationships and promote professional image of the company.

Responsibilities + Skills

Proficient in English and one African Language Be willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays


Grade 12 certificate Relevant Call Centre Certification 2 years Call Centre and Customer Service experience
