Job Description

ENVIRONMENT:Facilitate and achieve key audience growth, engagement and monetistation objectives as the next Customer Success Manager of an established customer-centric Digital Studio in Umhlanga. The ideal candidate requires 3+ years’ experience in a similar role and have worked within the Radio or Digital Media industry and be proficient with Microsoft 365 and/or other cloud-based collaboration tools. Any SaaS experience and/or SaaS Adoption or Change Management qualification will prove beneficial.Establish and maintain relationships with customers to support maximum customer retention and success.
