Are you a Google wizard?Are you good at asking people if they have turned things off and on again?Can you crimp an ethernet cable?Are you interested in tech, new and old - troubleshooting, supporting, and selling it?Are you good on the phone, and can handle heat when necessary?If you have answered yes to most of the above questions - congrats!You are a potential candidate.We are a small ISP based in the Cape Town CBD. Looking for someone ready to dive in and help with sales, support and customer service. Permanent position - looking for the right fit. Drivers license/own transport required.A keen eye for detail and being able to do admin/documentation well is a must! You should be able to make calls, and answer the phone (VERY NB). You will need to have a matric certificate with the real Mathematics as a minimum requirement (unless you can dazzle us somehow else).There will be a skills and competency test for +- 90 minutes (cable crimping, email/PC/Internet set up).Salary neg., based on experience and skill level.Important to note: During your few few months, you’ll be expected to be proactive in your process and learn quickly (NOTE: plenty self learning!).
