We are seeking a technically-minded candidate, who have A+ and N+ Certification / ITIL Foundations, as well as Cisco Switching and Routing Knowledge, for 1st Line (Customer Service) Technical Support positionCandidate Duties/ Responsibilities will include:The CSA works on the customer service helpdesk and answers and pro-actively makes calls to resolve customer issues.The CSA Manages supplier activities to dispatch and repair faults to meet service level agreements.

Knowledge of Cisco Switching and RoutingITIL Foundations Preferable


6-12 Months Experience in a Technical Helpdesk roleIT Diploma Preferred
