Job & Company Description:A leading service provider that specialised in education is seeking an exceptional Director: Finance, Procurement and Projects that specializes in procurement. The ideal individual will be career driven, and self-motivated as this is a senior position within the organisation, great communication and leading abilities will be required.As the Director: Finance, Procurement and Projects you will be responsible for both aspects within business.Duties will include but are not limited to:Implementation of strategic business plansReview Internal and External Audit reportsReview processes within finance department to eliminate any riskMaintain and Build relationships with financial service providersEnsure that legislative requirements (B-BBEE) are understood and incorporated into controls, policies and procedures and ensure that all procurement activities are conducted in line with companies policies and procedures.Prepare annual and monthly cash flow forecasts

CA(SA) /CIPS Qualification
Five years experience dealing with procurement, projects and finance aspects of the business.
