To design, maintain, store and deliver forms as well as mitigate forms risk by providing support and design of forms within the Nedbank limited group.
- Ensure project and business customer requirements are met by completing the design and maintenance of forms within the agreed service level agreements.
- Ensure all designs/ maintenance of forms comply with Forms management standards, as well as content standards from NELS and legal .
- Provide impact assessment to project clients in terms off time, cost and dependencies by conducting business requirements analysis
- Manage customer expectations by providing feedback to customer on delivery of design or maintenance
- Build and maintain relationship through effective communication to cross functional teams
- Ensure alignment with requirements by constantly checking understanding of cross functional requirements
