The primary function of this role is to become immersed in the creative side of running an ecommerce mall – across all active brands and on the central marketplace.Daily tasks will involve learning how to clearly understand and implement any creative brief – designing and coding mailers, banners, animated elements and any additional elements required for the brands that we service day to day in a small internal agency environment.We are looking for a young and dynamic digital designer. Someone who is keen to learn but also has knowledge to share in a creative space. This person must be able to understand the constant of E-commerce, be good under pressure, and always be keen to learn and do more.eCommerce Graphic Designer Responsibilities:Learn how to understand and rollout a creative brief for any of the brands – including all relevent elements – in the required time format.Work daily, on multiple brands, pushing out creativity at optimum level.Become a key member in creative brainstorms for all brands in the online space – contributing to new ideas around digital communication and generating revenue.Communicate daily with the brands assigned to them and the jobs at handMake sure all creative deadlines for that day are metContribute to ensuring agreed KPIs are met within the objectives of the e-Commerce team.
Responsibilities + Skills
Must be able to code HTML. Any further coding knowledge a PLUS. (HTML5 etc)Must be able to quickly decifer a brief, problem solve and provide solutions under pressure.
A clear understanding of digital design for E-commerceHardworking, motivated and dedicated to being part of a fast paced, exciting and innovative design team.Design knowledge a must layout, typography, web and digital platformsTrained in Adobe CC specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Dreamweaver.
A completed degree in multimedia/graphic design/web design/digital marketing3-5 years experience in a design studio or agency space3-5 years in an E-commerce related environment
