Duties and Responsibilities:Managing the sale of the company's products on the export market and actively promoting the company's image as a major international supplier in the specialty chemicals and plastics additives marketsResponding to overseas enquiries relating to the company's productsProviding and negotiating quotes in conjunction with the Sales logistics manager, according to marginal figures, lead price fluctuations and exchange rate fluctuationsNegotiating terms of payment and delivery ratesEnsuring the maintenance of competitive freighting expensesPurchasing foreign currency according to order requirements and the terms of paymentProducing administration documents required for Customs and ExciseProducing and liaising with banks on various documentation requirements relating to the terms of paymentConfirming appropriation of shipments with customersOrganising CGIC insurance for orders on credit and administersReporting on all debtors not in compliance with group policyConducting monthly variance analysis of export salesConducting various projects relating to exportsGather market intel on our products in the export market and identify other opportunities for growth etc.

Experience
3 years experience in a similar roleComputer literacy (Syspro, MS Office)General Sales or Export Administration in terms of International normsNegotiation skills
