A company based in Richards Bay is seeking a Facility/Warehouse Manager. The successful incumbent will be required to relocate to Richards Bay Main job functionReceive information from Ops Admin Controller and prepare financial forecasts and submit to Divisional SupportProvide guidance to the team when preparing and updating long range forecast for remaining financial year, and submit the finalized forecast by the 8th of each month to Divisional SupportFollow-up and action overdue debtors in order to bring debtors record up to dateVerify and authorize pro-forma customer invoicesCompile Annual Budgets for respective departments with regards to revenue, cost and business expectationsPrepare capex motivations and ensure that quotes have been obtainedCommunicate and meet with clientsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities with assistance from General ManagerConduct performance appraisals for all immediate sub-ordinatesIdentify and address training needs through the workplace skills plan received from the training department
