Job DescriptionDiagnose Hardware and Software problemsProvide client with Desktop, Peripheral and Point of Sales Support within SLA (service level agreement)Repair and upgrade hardware and software on different computersPhysically setting up computers and installing various softwareMaintaining clients computers and POSTroubleshooting and resolving network related issuesPhysically replacing hardware components on a computerSending daily reports and feedback to Manager / Team Leader
Responsibilities + Skills
A+, N+ and/or an electrical engineering Qualification beneficialCandidate should have strong communication skillsBe able to give onsite support to clients.
Education
Must have at least 3 years experience in an IT Support Position.Must have a valid Drivers license and own RELIABLE vehicle.Must have a working smartphone capable of Whatsapp communication (Cell allowance will be provided)
Experience
Must have PC Fundamentals qualifications (Any other qualifications would be to your advantage)
