Brief Description:Our client based in Sandton is currently looking for a Financial Assistant/Administrator to join their team. Job Description:The primary responsibility of the Financial Administrator is to assist Office / Financial Manager in all day-to-day activities of the Finance Office, as well as General Office Administration and the provision of assistance to the permanent employees of the Company.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESFinance and AdministrationAssisting the Office Manager with; Creditors and debtorsLiaising with clients & suppliers – resolving queriesReconcile Travel & subsistenceCapturing Invoices on Sage OneAssisting the external accountant with any queries/documentation needed;Responsible for checking all Payment Recons for the holding and sister-entities or subsidiariesReconciliation of month end Supplier and Project accountsMinutes of MeetingsResponsible for ordering of groceries and stationery required to keep the office in good orderResponsible for ordering of Business Cards, Company Profiles, Marketing material for the holding company and sister-entities or subsidiaries

Education
