Job Description

Job PurposeTo provide financial expertise and wealth creation advice to Nedbank clients in order to make Nedbank the great place to bank.Job ResponsibilitiesAnalyse reports to determine potential clients for new business.Set up appointments by telephone; email and walk in to prospect clients.Ensure that the structured financial solutions meet clients' identified needs to get approval/acceptance from the client.Ensure the Record of Advice and other relevant documentation are prepared to propose implementation.Implement the recommended financial solutions by submitting all relevant documents to service providers.Create additional business by referring banking financial needs to bankers. Attend all team meetings to provide a report on the status of leads.Build trust and gain authority with clients by discussing the mandate as required by the Financial Advisory Intermediary Services (FAIS) legislation.Gather client data to gain an understanding of clients current financial status and objectives from the client capture / information forms.Perform risk assessment through completing the risk analysis.Complete assessments to comply with Nedbank and FAIS regulation.Contribute to a culture conducive to the achievement of transformation goals by participating in Nedbank Culture building initiatives (e.g. staff surveys etc).Participate and support corporate social responsibility initiatives for the achievement of key business strategies.Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance processes; systems and policies and support implementation of new processes; policies and systems.
