Job Description

Candidate Duties/ Responsibilities:Reception/front of house/switchboard/database administration:Keeping the reception area and meeting room's neat, tidy and presentable at all timesEnsuring that the meeting room is ready at any timeAnswering the phone professionally and timeouslyOffering guests refreshments and ensuring visitors have a positive experience at CDEOffice co-ordination:Ensuring adequate supplies of stationery and printer cartridgesMaintaining all office facilities in good working orderLiaising with the landlord to ensure contracted services are fulfilledCustomer liaison: updating and maintaining the CRM system accuratelyProviding professional assistance to the events team with the smooth running of functions or visitor arrangements as and when required.Any other reasonable and related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
